Where is The Den located?

The Den at Clemson is just minutes from campus, offering quick access to Clemson University, downtown, and everything in between. It’s the perfect off-campus location with convenience and comfort built in.

What floor plans do you offer?

​We offer fully furnished 2- and 3-bedroom apartments designed for student living. Each apartment features spacious common areas, modern kitchens, and individual bedrooms for privacy.

What’s included in the rent?

Your rent at The Den includes:

  • High-speed internet

  • Water, sewer, & trash 

  • In-unit washer and dryer

  • Full access to community amenities

  • On-site management and maintenance support

The only additional utility is electricity, which is billed monthly through your resident portal. A $6.25 monthly utility fee also applies.

How is electricity billed?

​Electricity is sub-metered and charged based on your individual usage. Monthly bills are posted to your resident portal for easy access and payment.

Do you offer individual leases?

​Yes! We offer individual leases, so you're only responsible for your own rent—not your roommates’. If someone transfers or moves out, it won’t affect your lease or payments.

Are the apartments furnished?

​Yes! Each apartment comes fully furnished with bedroom furniture, living room seating, dining furniture, and all major kitchen appliances.

Is The Den pet-friendly?

​We sure are! The Den welcomes pets. Contact the leasing office for details on our pet policy, including any breed restrictions and associated fees.

Do you provide transportation to campus?

​While The Den doesn’t offer a private shuttle, we’re located near Clemson’s CATbus stops, making it easy to get to campus and around town without a car.

Is maintenance available?

​Yes! Our maintenance team is available for routine requests, and we offer 24/7 emergency maintenance for those unexpected issues.
