I love living at The Enclave! The
office staff is friendly and professional and responds quickly to
issues. It's a quiet area that feels very safe. I also am a huge
animal lover and they are extremely pet friendly for all my
critters, no matter the species! The GPA discounts also are very
helpful to me as a full-time student. I have been very happy living
here and look forward to staying here through graduation!

I absolutely love the Enclave! It is the best price you're going to
get this close to campus and the location is great. You are close
to downtown and Tiger Blvd but tucked back off Lindsay Road so it's
very quiet and a nice place to live. Also, the staff is phenomenal
and will go above and beyond to make sure your apartment meets your
standards. The Enclave is a great little community and you really
can't get a better apartment at this price in Clemson!

I freaken loved them! They were always so friendly, personable, and
timely! I would go into the office to make a request or say hello
and they would ask me how everyone in my apartment was doing and
offer me coffee or a snack for the road. They know everyone in the
complex by name even after only meeting you once. The maintenance
crew was quick, and always fixed our issues in at least three days
from changing the light bulb to flooding in the apartment. This
neighborhood is pet friendly for ALL dogs and cats!
They are wonderful! Anyone who lives here would be happy. The
location is about a mile walking distance to the campus (great for
game days), there is always a parking spot, and they offer fun
community events! I hate to leave.
